16” on Center is excited to offer a paid internship program for individuals interested in hospitality, entertainment, marketing, food & beverage, and event production. This hands-on opportunity is designed for emerging professionals looking to build real-world experience with one of Chicago’s leading live music and hospitality groups.

We’re especially proud to support the next generation of talent in our city. Eligible applicants include current high school seniors, college students, and individuals enrolled in accredited vocational or training programs. All interns must be available to work in person in Chicago. College credit is not required.

As an intern, you’ll collaborate with teams across our venues, restaurants, and event spaces, as well as with our Shared Services team, which supports human resources, marketing, finance, and other core functions behind the scenes. You'll gain insight into the day-to-day operations and the creative vision that fuels our work.
